Dave Osborn, President and Owner








Dave has been with Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling for twelve years. He was Vice President of their East Bay office and brings an additional 20 years of experience as a journeyman carpenter and general contractor to the North Bay office. He is one of the two WLI Water Loss Specialists in the greater Bay Area and is highly experienced in the handling of complex losses.
The Paul Davis crew is outstanding. They are skilled professionals who can handle your every aspect of your project. Dave personally conducts weekly training sessions to make sure the crew is the most professional in the Bay Area.

Dave’s qualifications include: IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, Restoration Certification) certifications in Applied Structural Drying, Water Damage, and Fire and Smoke Damage, AIAQC (American Indoor Air Quality Council) Council-certified Microbial Remediator (CMR), RIA (Restoration Industry Association) Water Loss Specialist (WLS), ABRA (American Bio-recovery Association) Certified Bio-recovery Technician (CBRT), and NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) Certified Aging In-place Specialist (CAPS).

In addition to managing the operations at the North Bay office, his consulting company, Moisture Consultants, provides investigative, consulting and expert witness services for insurers and property owners.
Adam Osborn, Senior Associate

Adam, as Senior Associate, is responsible for meeting with insurance adjusters, policyholders, and restoration clients, and for assessing and providing cost estimating and problem solving services for all types of property damage. He is an IICRC Certified Water Damage Technician, Fire Restoration Technician, and Applied Structural Damage Technician, and frequently is asked to assess and manage property damage emergency situations.

After graduating from California State University, Chico, Adam was a Project Engineer for McCarthy Construction and a Vice President for RMA Management Services in Southern California. His training and experience brings a high level of property damage expertise to Paul Davis Restoration – North Bay.

Brian Diego, Project Manager

Brian manages our day-to-day reconstruction project scheduling and performs quality control inspections on every project.

Prior to coming to Paul Davis Restoration – North Bay, Brian has obtained invaluable experience and training through his position as a Construction Manager for Lennar Homes in the Sacramento Area for the past three years. He grew-up in a construction family and has held positions with the Diego Brothers and built custom homes in Marin County. He also ran North Bay Lumber for ten years.

With Brian at the helm of our Construction Division, our projects are completed efficiently and with the highest quality.

Dennis Palwick, Mitigation Project Manager and Estimator

Dennis brings expertise, training, and experience from his five years as an Estimator/Project Manager/Water Loss Superintendent at Paul Davis Restoration – East Bay in San Leandro, CA. Dennis' specialty is in Emergency mitigation. He is a certified IICRC Fire Restoration, Water Damage, and Applied Structural Drying Technician. He has also completed the four-day Restoration Consultants Mold Remediation Technician training course. In addition to the above, Dennis is the lead estimator for the Alacrity, Crawford Connection, and XNET Pro insurance programs.
