  • Provide photos of the loss conditions (if requested) via email within 24 hours of our inspection.
  • Keep you informed of the situation and obtain your approval prior to undertaking emergency actions.

  • Arrive at your home or business within two hours of your call to begin assessment and emergency services.
  • Help in relocation (if necessary), securing of your property and do everything possible to insure your safety and help minimize damage to your property and belongings.
  • Provide complete and total communication with your insurance company (at no additional cost) to help insure coverage and payment for our services.
  • Provide a detailed photo inventory of all unsalvageable and salvaged items if a "pack out" is necessary.
  • Provide a free reconstruction estimate after emergency services are complete.
  • Immediately commence repairs (if desired) to help you reoccupy your property as quickly as possible.
