- Contact your insured, property owner and/or tenant within 30 minutes of notification.
- Physically be on-site within two hours of your call to begin damage assessment and emergency services.
- Provide photos of the loss conditions (if requested) via email within 24 hours of our inspection.
- Keep you informed of the situation and obtain your approval prior to undertaking emergency actions.
- Work and communicate closely with the assigned adjuster in obtaining approvals and permission prior to commencing any work.
Property Owners and Tenant
Paul Davis Restoration Contractors guarantee that we will, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week:
- Arrive at your home or business within two hours of your call to begin assessment and emergency services.
- Help in relocation (if necessary), securing of your property and do everything possible to insure your safety and help minimize damage to your property and belongings.
- Provide complete and total communication with your insurance company (at no additional cost) to help insure coverage and payment for our services.
- Provide a detailed photo inventory of all unsalvageable and salvaged items if a "pack out" is necessary.
- Provide a free reconstruction estimate after emergency services are complete.
- Immediately commence repairs (if desired) to help you reoccupy your property as quickly as possible.
- Please be assured that every phase of your claim, whether it be during the emergency mitigation or the reconstruction of your property, will be approved by the adjuster prior to commencing the work.
